I Don't Care

The weather team at KTVE was covering some nasty weather that moved into the area and viewers were not happy that the station cut into programming to report on the storms.
One of the station’s Weather Anchors went on a long rant saying he didn’t care that viewers were mad and added, “we’re a television station and not a Facebook station,” whatever that meant?
He was right in what he said, but in the time he was ranting, he might have been able to provide potentially life-saving information.
This is the time when viewers need the Meteorologist to act professionally, and not be scolding people like an overbearing parent.
Do your job, ignore the pissed-off viewers, and don’t grandstand.
It’s not that hard.
