CNN boss Jeff Zucker says that he is thinking about running for the Mayor of New York.

Zucker told the NY Times, “New York City is going to need a very strong mayor in the aftermath of this, and I always like a challenge.”

After running NBC into the ground and turning CNN from a news organization to a punchline of a joke, I’m really not sure NYC needs that guy running the city.

But, if he is going to leave CNN to do it, let me know and I will be the first to send off a donation to his campaign.

Anything to get him out of CNN and let my friends that work there go back to doing the jobs that they signed up for and want to do.

I don’t think Zucker has the balls to run, but if he does…..
