You Know It Can't Talk....Right?
/OK, this is just odd.
WRCB in Chattanooga just unveiled its new weather truck which they have dubbed “Thunder 3.”
But the station is treating the truck as an actual person on their news team.
Judging by this promo, the truck can talk:

The station has created social media channels where the truck is talking in the first person, with its own independent thoughts and feelings.
It’s like someone created a new account just for their dog.... but it’s, well, a truck.
It also takes selfies.
And sucks up to the boss….
