The Breaking News Kit

At Gray’s WOIO (Cleveland) are the Anchors and Reporters supposed to find breaking news, but when they do, they need to run their own live shot.

And they damn well better remember to call closed captioning before they go live.

Also, can someone update the manual to the new logo and color scheme?
