Gretchen Carlson: It's Disappointing

Gretchen Carlson was not fired from Fox News, her contract was not renewed. 

Yes, there is a difference, having a contract not renewed could be because the station/network no longer thought you did a good job. Or, it was a money issue and they wanted to save some. Or, maybe it's because you wouldn't sleep with the boss. 

Now, Bill O'Reilly WAS fired from Fox News. O'Reilly was sacked from Fox for acts of sexual harassment. 

Both O'Reilly and Carlson have new books out. Which one did Fox News ask to come on the network and promote their new book? 

Bill O'Reilly. 

"It’s disappointing that somebody who was fired from Fox would be given a venue to come back on as a guest, especially based on the reasons that surrounded it," Carlson told Vanity Fair. 

It's hard not to disagree with her. 

You know...unless you're Sean "Puffy" Hannity.
