Word is that WCCO News Director Mike Caputa is out the door at the CBS O&O.
Caputa was bumped up to the ND chair back in 2011, from the Duece gig at the station. Caputa has been with WCCO since 2002, he crossed the street from KSTP, where he was the Assignment Editor.
No word yet on a replacement.
This is the second CBS O&O that is now looking for a new ND. Back in, FTVLive told you that KYW in Philly had parted ways with News Director Margaret Cronan.
