NY News Director Goes on Extended Leave

FTVLive has told (and showed) you about the lawsuits that are being leveled against WABC News Director Camille Edwards. 

Well, now it appears that Edwards is going on an extended leave from the station. 

Edwards sent a memo to the staff saying that she would be gone from the station for the entire month of December. 

The memo seems to imply that the time off is an extended vacation, but you have to wonder if she wasn't told by the higher-ups that she needs leave for awhile?
