Despite the fact that the Sinclair deal to acquire Tribune has not been approved, Sinclair knows that they have greased enough palms and sucked up to the right people, that it is going to happen. 

They are so confident, that Sinclair CEO Chris Ripley has sent an internal memo to the employees of Tribune, telling them how the transition will go.
