From Reporter to News Director

Rick Boone who's spent 20 years as a Reporter and Anchor is headed to the dark side.... News Management.  

Boone has been named the new News Director at WNKY the NBC/CBS stations in Bowling Green, Kentucky.  

It's an inaugural position, the first time the station has had a News Director.

Boone recently worked as a Reporter for NBC owned KNTV in San Francisco.  Boone has also worked as a Reporter in New York City, Washington, DC, and Sacramento.

In recent years he's been a News Consultant for WICZ-TV in Binghamton, NY.
