Raycom Swings the Ax, Imposes Hiring Freeze

It seems that the Holiday Reaper made it's way around a number of Raycom stations yesterday.
Just days before Christmas week and the fine folks at Raycom thought it would be a good time to whack a number of employees and leave them laid off for the holidays.
Raycom has also instituted a company wide hiring freeze.
Managers have been told that all open positions will remain so until at least March.
