Read MoreRumors are flying through the Internet tubes that MSNBC's Tamron Hall could be headed to CNN, anchoring the "new" morning show.
Sources at MSNBC tell FTVLive that is not the case and it's "not happening."
Word is that CNN Boss Jeff Zucker likes Hall a lot.... and of course since Zucker is only hiring people from either ABC or NBC, or would make sense that Hall could be headed to CNN.

Read MoreReuters reports that a year ago, Beef Products Inc. had four state-of-the art plants, more than 1,300 employees and was expanding aggressively.
The meat company was the leading maker of "lean finely textured beef," a low-fat product made from chunks of beef, including trimmings, and exposed to tiny bursts of ammonium hydroxide to kill E. coli and other dangerous contaminants. Few Americans realized the product was a mainstay of fast-food burgers, school lunch tacos and homemade meatloaf.
Today, the South Dakota company's revenues have plummeted from more than $650 million to about $130 million a year, and three of its plants are shuttered. Company officials blame the abrupt falloff on a series of ABC News broadcasts that began last March - stories that repeatedly called its product "pink slime."

Read MoreIt used to be a two horse race in the Tampa ratings. But that's starting to change.
For a longtime, NBC station WFLA-Ch. 8 and Fox affiliate WTVT-Ch. 13 duked it out for supremacy in local TV ratings, with the Fox-owned station slowly growing more dominant as NBC's ratings woes multiplied.
The Tampa Bay Times writes that in February's "sweeps" ratings period confirmed a transition which hit home in November, as ABC affiliate WFTS-Ch. 28 has risen to compete with WTVT among key viewers aged 25 to 54, winning early evening and late night news time periods.

Read MoreYesterday was NBC News President Steve Capus' last day at 30 Rock.
The staff got together for a party (yes cake was served) to say goodbye to the news boss.
Capus had been at NBC for 20 years, the last 8 as President of the News Division. NBC has not yet named a replacement for Capus, but word is that announcement is coming down very soon.
It is speculated that Capus will end up going to CNN to reunite with his old pal Jeff Zucker. It will also keep Zucker's streak of only hiring current or former people from either NBC or ABC.
You still might see Capus meeting with some NBC suits from time to time. Capus is named personally in a law suit by George Zimmerman against NBC News.
