​“News 5 Today” will have a new meteorologist on weekday mornings beginning March 18, ¨KOAA (Colorado Springs) said Thursday.

After 18 years, KOAAmeteorologist Craig Eliot is leaving the station to pursue a new venture outside of broadcasting.

He has been on the morning show since December 1995. Eliot plans to go to work in the financial industry as an adviser for Morgan Stanley.

Magician Headed to Today Show in NY Magically Winds up in Peoria

Magician David Copperfield was on a flight to New York to appear on the Today Show.

Somewhere in the skies above Peoria, Copperfield says a "loud noise" came from the plane and the flight was diverted to the Peoria Airport for an emergency landing.

But as Copperfield knows the show must go on.​

A couple of weeks ago, WSET Weatherman Jamey Singleton was eating his breakfast while ​driving his car.

He lost control of the vehicle, crosses the center line and smacked head on, into a truck.

Rescue crews had to cut him from the car and some observers thought there was no way he was going to live.​

After days in intensive ​care, Singleton progressively got better and has now been released from the hospital.

How does he feel?​

Of course now Mitt isn't President and Morris has been sacked by FNC.​
