Staff Not Happy with Georgia Anchor's Demotion

Insiders at WTVM (Columbus, Georgia) are not happy with some of the changes that News Director Shawn Reynolds is making at the Raycom station. 

Reynolds has decided to demote longtime Anchor Roslyn Giles and replace her by a person that has one one year of experience. 

Giles is being pulled from her Weekend Anchor gig and being replaced by Georgia Ellyse McClellon, a former radio personality and rapper , who was also once arrested for felony domestic assault in Minnesota (mugshot to shown). 

Giles is being demoted to an MMJ job on the morning and Noon newscast. Some staffers inside the station are upset with this change. 

The changes take place Today.
