Seriously?

Yesterday, when word hit that there was a gunman on the campus of UCLA, news crews quickly descended on the school to cover the story.

Students were on lockdown as police tried to figure out what was happening and get the scene under control. 

It was also a chance for UCLA campus police to make a few bucks.

Wait! What?

After reporting the story, news crews came back to their vehicles to find that were given parking tickets. 

Really? You have a gunman on campus and the school police are still handing out parking tickets?
