KRON to Add 10PM News

Sources tell FTVLive that KRON (San Francisco) is going to tack on more news and cut the 11PM newscast to just 15 minutes.
Word is that the the was staff that station plans on adding a 10pm newscast Monday - Sunday... Starting in Mid May.
The MyNetwork affiliate already airs an 8pm hour long newscast.
We hear that now that KRON will now do news from 8p-9p... mynetwork programming from 9p - 10p and then news from 10p - 11:15pm... cutting it's 11pm down to only 15 minutes.
KRON will air inside edition from 11:15 - 11:45. Then the second hour of mynetwork prime time from 11:45pm to 12:45am.
KRON's GM said they will hire more staff to support the additional news programming.
