Taking a Radio Newscast to the TV (Updated)
/New Hampshire One News Network broadcast it's premiere newscast last on WBIN in New Hampshire.
While the NH1 has been broadcasting news across its network of radio stations since March, this is the first day of newscasts on television.
Based out of a renovated school in Concord, NH, the network is the creation of businessman Bill Binnie and is broadcasting from state of the art facilities.
“We now have a facility that can talk to the whole of the state of New Hampshire quickly, efficiently, on any medium. And that has been unique to Concord or needed in Concord as well as New Hampshire and we’re proud to help bring it” said Binnie.
The station will broadcast news weekdays at 5pm, 5:30pm, 6pm & 10pm, and weekends at 10pm on WBIN, with plans to eventually expand news coverage into the morning and at noon.
Update: We just found out that NH1's news set was designed by FTVLive sponsor and the best set designer in TV, Devlin Design Group.
