KDVR in Denver was trying to show some Twitter pictures of the KOMO Chopper Crash on their air this morning. Instead they showed a shot of a penis.

Update: KDVR News Director Ed Kosowski told the Denver Post, "We are going to make a public statement. We are not ready to comment about any potential action against employees. That's a personnel matter." For now, he said, an apology and explanation is forthcoming.
