The Intern Did it...

After KTVU made what will go down as one of the biggest screw ups in local television history, they then apologized.  

In the station's apology they said that an NTSB official in Washington confirmed the names. 

The NTSB has now released a press release saying that the station did not talk to an official, but instead talked to a "Summer Intern."
