I'm Not Sure About This...

Some TV stations used to advise their employees to never make jokes on April Fool’s as it can hurt credibility.

I think those days are long gone, but the advice is still solid.

Looking at this weather post, I did cringe a bit.

This joke showing a shift in an actual storm. Now calling for big snow. The issue is the post is so long only the first few sentences appear in the post. Most viewers just look at the image or read the first sentence.

This is a way to erode credibility even though it’s a joke.
