Gray Did This Cut Very Quietly

If you look at this job posting from Gray TV, you see that they brag about matching your 401K up to 5%.

But what they don’t tell you is that 5% is only for a few more weeks. If you look at the Gray TV handbook and the 401K benefits in 2025, the company is cutting the match to 4%.

It’s misleading to promise new hires that they are getting a 5% 401K match, when that ends when the new year starts.

Pretty shady Gray, pretty shady….
