More Anchors Leave Scripps Stations

FTVLive hears that Scripps-owned KATC (Lafayette) Anchors Marcelle Fontenot & Jim Hummel are signing off this week.

Fontenot and Hummel have been fixtures a the station, anchoring thethe 5 p.m., 6 p.m., and 10 p.m. newscasts.

Fontenot, who has been at the station for almost two decades said on social media, "Just so you know, they’re not mad at me, I’m not mad at them," Fontenot added"Life happens. Change is inevitable. This is just one of those things."

Don’t be surprised if you see the pair cross the street to Allen Media’s KADN.
