Leaving Scripps for The Firm

KXXV (Waco) Morning Anchor Joey Horta has signed off from the Scripps station.

Horta is from California and word is that he’s headed back to the Golden State. We hear that he will be working at The Firm’s KTVU (Oakland).

WACO to the San Francisco market is a good size jump.

Also, before he left Texas, there was cake, there is always cake.
