Signed Off in South Bend

WSBT (South Bend) Anchor Jennifer Copeland has left the Sinclair station after 15 years.

She told viewers, “The news is never easy to deliver. When it’s personal - it’s even harder. Today is my last day here at WSBT 22. I am overwhelmed with emotion when I think about how much I am going to miss this place, MY WORK, my co-workers, and YOU. I have been so honored to tell your stories over the years and be part of your lives in a way that quite honestly is SUCH a blessing. I’ve had the privilege of being here at WSBT for 15 years. And while I LOVE everything about what I do here, this decision is personal. I'm excited to spend more time with my daughters. So while this is bittersweet, I’m leaving with gratitude, a ton of memories and one final thank you ... to YOU."
