Well, you know there is more to this story….

On Thursday, KUSA (Denver) News Director Megan Jurgemeyer told the staff she was leaving the station.

She didn’t show up to work on Friday and her bio has been scrubbed from the Tegna station’s website.

Jurgemeyer joined KUSA as a Producer back in 2013. She became Managing Editor in late 2015, and was named News Director in 2019.

The sudden exit had staffers wondering what is happening?

Could she be crossing the street to KMGH?

I don’t know, but they have an opening and a sudden exit suggest it’s a possibility.
