Is WLBT (Jackson, Mississippi) News Director Charley Jones coll with the fact that his news staff is basically doing ads for Blue Bell Ice Cream?

How about station owner Gray?

Just because a company decided to give you free product, doesn’t mean the news people should then be promoting the product on social media.

Blue Bell has been recalled in the past for Listeria contamination. If that happens again, is your station going to cover the story, or are you fully in the tank for the company now?

I know Jackson is a small market, but come on, you should know better.
