RIP Julie Wilcox

There are a number of people that I have never met in person, but through FTVLive, I felt like they are my friends.

One of those that I had exchanged messages and emails with for years was former Weather Anchor Julie Wilcox.

Wilcox worked at WVEC in Norfolk and WNYT in Albany, along with other stations.

Sadly, she passed away after dealing with a long illness.

I never met Julie in person, but I feel like I lost a friend.

My thoughts go out to her friends and family on the loss of this really awesome woman.
