Earlier this week, FTVLive showed you a TikTok by WACH (Columbia, SC) Anchor Olivia DiVenti.

DiVenti wanted to show off her “News Anchor Outfit of the Day” but her outfit was not to anchor the news, but to go out on the town.

Also, her hairstyle is one she picked up from other women on TikTok.

We closed our story by saying, “Her News Director must be very proud.”

Well, it appears that either DiVenti or her News Director saw our story and we are happy to report there has been a change in her TikTok’s.

DiVenti is now actually posting news stories on the social media platform and she is doing a good job of it.

Now, I don’t know if DiVenti made this change on her own or was prodded by her boss, but I applaud her for now making her social media more news and less Kardashian.

Olivia is showing others that you can still be a Journalist on social media.

I say good for her, I hope she keeps with it.
