Popular KUSA (Denver) meteorologist Kathy Sabine took to social media to post pictures of herself after undergoing surgery for skin cancer.

Sabine said the ordeal was scary and she says she knows she looks scary, but she hopes by posting the pictures it helps others learn about the dangers of the sun and skin cancer.
