TV stations continue to struggle when it comes to finding employees.

WTTG, the Fox O&O in DC has resorted to having its talent cut promos begging for people to come work at the station.

Insiders tell FTVLive that many of the talent at The Firm’s DC station are not happy with being told to cut the promos.

Over at Nexstar’s WCIA (Champaign, Illinois) News Director, Andy Miller is posting a personal invitation to people that he hopes come join the Nexstar station.

His selling point is that big market stations continue to hire people from WCIA.

Maybe that’s where WTTG can look for its next hires?
