Tegna Slapped with Lawsuit

FTVLive is still trying to get our hands on the filing, but it appears that a Tegna CEO Dave Lougee and the Tegna board have been slapped with a securities lawsuit.

The suit was filed yesterday in New York Eastern District Court.

The lawsuit, filed by Rigrodsky Law on behalf of Marc Waterman and arises from a proposed acquisition of Tegna by affiliates of Standard General valued at $5.4 billion.
