WDJT (Milwaukee) News Director Jessie Garcia said that she would not force any of the news crews to go out in the bitter cold.

We give her props for making that claim, but as one station insider said to FTVLive, “Notice she doesn’t say she won’t ask; just that she won’t force.  Of course, if you’re asked & refuse, you’ve got a strike against you— and she keeps score.”
