WLNE (Providence) Reporter Alexa Serowik is one of the many journalists covering the aftermath of the storms that rolled through the Northeast this week.

Serowik took to social media to flash her credentials and post about the long hours she is working.

I’m sorry, but some people have had their lives turn upside down due to the storms and others lost loved ones. The fact that you are losing a few hours’ sleep? Come one!

Also, I’m not sure what they taught you in school, but as a Journalist, the shit hours are kind of part of the job. This is also a good time to tell the story on those impacted and leave the selfies for another time.
