A New Board Member

The Denver Press Club has named KCNC Anchor/Reporter Tori Mason as a new board member.

Mason tweeted about walking into her first board meeting.

Sadly, the boards for many groups and company are just as white. It’s great to see that the Denver Press Club has finally added a person of color to their ranks.

Props to Mason for sparking a conversation.

Now, let’s hope the conversations lead to actions.
