The Irony is Thick....

FTVLive was the FIRST to tell you that CBS had sacked David Friend, the O&O’s VP of News and the News Director at WCBS.

Friend was let go as the company launched an investigation as to how Friend and his boss Peter Dunn handled their job and their treatment of people of color.

Looking at this video from 9 months ago of Friend addressing those that virtually attended the NABJ/NAHJ conference, the irony can’t escape me.
