I Don't Think This Will Help News Nation

I’m going to go out on a limb here and bet that most of you have no idea who the singer Corey Hart is?

He sang one of my theme songs, “Sunglasses at Night” and that was basically his one-hit-wonder. That also happened back in 1982. While I knew the song, if I didn’t look it up, I would have never been able to tell you that it was Corey Hart that sang it.

Last night on Nexstar’s News Nation, Ashleigh Banfield spent over 40 minutes talking to Corey Hart about his career and his future plans for the nearly 60-year-old singer.

For some reason, the suits at Nexstar are wondering why News Nation’s ratings are so bad?
