Yep....It's Still Sweeps

The rating book does not end until next Wednesday and it seems that WTAJ (Altoona) Reporter Morgan Koziar has broken out the bathing suit to try and help goose the numbers.

Koziar broke out the bathing suit and beach chair to set-up shop in the snow.
