The Reporter doesn’t even know if she is on the air or not?

Why?

Why put a crew out in these conditions, have them scream into the mic, and can’t even tell if they are still live or not?

As a former reporter, this makes me so sad and so angry. I don’t even recognize the reporter in this video. No one should be asked to risk their life like this for a live shot.
