New ND Named in Motown

Back on December 1st, FTVLive FIRST told you that Scripps WXYZ had parted ways with News Director Rhonda LaVelle.

Well, it appears they have found her replacement.

WTMJ News boss Jeff Kiernan will be the next to take over the Motown station. He will be the 4th News Director at WXYZ in the past 10 years.

In other words, he might want to look at renting and not homeownership. Just saying.
