NBC News to Hire More Women, More People of Color

Cesar Conde the head on NBC’s News Group has looked at the staff and has found a large number of white men and now the company is going to do something about it.

In a memo to the staff, Conde says that NBC has set a goal that 50% of the news staff will be women and 50% of the total staff will be made up of people of color.
