From the Dead Trees to TV News

The future of the newspaper industry is bleek and with the COVID-19 pandemic and the loss of revenue, it is even more so.

One longtime newspaper Reporter is not sticking around till the end.

This week, former Philadelphia Inquirer Investigative Reporter Claudia Vargas started a new job In TV news.

Vargas is now working for NBC’s WCAU and Telemundo62/WWSI in Philly.

She started the new gig on Monday.

Claudia will be a great addition to our NBC10 Investigators team.”
