Giving Gayle King some Black-Lash

Cleveland’s WOIO has a lifestyle show (doesn’t every station now) and it features Maria Cribbs and her husband former Cleveland Browns player Josh Cribbs.

Yesterday, the pair took time out to bash Gayle King and her question to Lisa Leslie about Kobe Bryant being accused of rape.

Here is the Cleveland duo’s take, which they dubbed as “Black-Lash”:

Oprah & Gayle have a history of doing this! This isn’t new, it’s just that we no longer tolerate this inappropriate behavior! Gayle issued a semi-apology but she still doesn’t get it! The issue is why??!! why are you doing this??!! what are you gaining from this??!! My issue is why are they ONLY doing this to black men?? I would love for them to dig into the claims/trials of Matt Lauer, Kevin Spacey, Harvey Weinstein, Jeffrey Epstein, Les Moonves, Charlie Sheen (just to name a few) but they seem to only want to pick from a particular batch of men! Seems like they want to be on the front lines of trying to assassinate the black male image! When Barry Bonds tweeted Gayle and called her out she double down and said that she was not ashamed of what took place...then a day later she releases a video trying to clean it up!! Personally believe that Gayle only released the video on her IG because she did not expect the BLACK-LASH(not backlash) that she got!! Our voices have power keep calling people out for inappropriate behavior!! Stick to the code and stop trying to exploit Black people!! Also, have a happy black history month!!
