Gayle King Lashes Out at CBS

CBS This Morning Anchor Gayle King sat down with former WNBA star Lisa Leslie to talk about the legacy of Kobe Bryant, who was a good friend of Leslie’s.

King asked Leslie a question about Bryant’s 2003 rape charge and CBS posted the clip to social media.

A number of people called King out for asking the question and celebs like Snoop Dog said that King was, “Way out of pocket on her question.”

Hell, Bill Cosby even posted from jail that King was out of bounds with her question:

The irony that Bill Cosby is posting on this is not lost.

As for King, she was busy trying to put the toothpaste back in the tube after the backlash.

And, she was willing to throw CBS under the bus in an attempt to do so:
