Massachusetts just put their new Safe Driving Law into place. The new law now bans sending, typing or reading electronic messages to or from handheld devices while operating a motor vehicle.

Update: A person from the market tells FTVLive that this picture is not recent. It still does not excuse the distracted driving, but it is not breaking the new law.
