Well that Escalated Quickly....

It appeared that CBS lost control of the debate participants early on and it became more of a shouting match than a debate.

If you tried to watch last night, you saw that the debate looked more like a cable news show, with people trying to outshout each other.

CBS News moderators Gayle King and Norah O’Donnell struggled to keep the candidates in line as they rushed to attack each other and mainly Bernie Sanders.

“I guess the only way to do this is jump in and speak twice as long as you should,” Joe Biden said as former South Bend-mayor Pete Buttigieg went on a long rant about Sanders.

It seems that gone are the days of civil debate and actually trying to learn something about the candidates.

Also, if you thought that CBS did not look at this debate as just another reality show, you were proved wrong when the debate open used the same music and style as CBS’s The Amazing Race. Are you kidding me?

Oh! By the way, it was not a Primary on CBS last night it was a debate.
