The book is the time when TV talent announce that they are retiring, or dealing with cancer, or alcoholism or some other thing that they hope will drive viewers to the newscast during ratings.

KNXV in Phoenix is trotting out Anchor Danielle Lerner this Feb book to talk about her battle with postpartum depression.

Postpartum depression impacts 1 and 7 new moms, but instead of talking to one of those moms dealing with the issue, KNXV wants to make this one all about them.

Doesn’t anyone find it strange that we will hear all about the Anchor and her battle after giving birth and all the problems that followed?

But, if KNXV ever fired Lerner, they will tell us they “don’t talk about personnel issues.”
