This is Sinclair....

Just before Christmas, FTVLive FIRST told you that Sinclair CEO Chris Ripley in an email to the staff that said, “we have decided to take the difficult, yet prudent and precautionary step to freeze wages for 2021.”

Just after Christmas, Sinclair put out a press release that said they were promoting a bunch of corporate suits at the company.

So, while the suits enjoy their new promotions, the staff is told that they won’t be getting any raises for over a year.

I would share some of the emails that I got from Sinclair employees, but it’s the last day of the year and they are not exactly family-friendly.

Although can you blame them?
