FTVLive was the FIRST to tell you that WITI (Milwaukee) Anchor Ted Perry had been suspended after he “joked” about the death of Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell in a social media post.

Perry has been off the air for a couple of weeks and while the station isn’t talking about the incident, some are wondering if today is the day he returns back to work?

Insiders tell FTVLive that Perry has come under fire before from his social media rants and at least a few people at the station think he should be fired.

Some at the station wonder if that hasn’t happened already?

Perry’s Twitter account has been deleted, but his bio remains on the station’s website.

WITI has not commented on their longtime Anchor, because, you know, the communications business.
