The staff at Scripps owned WTXL in Tallahassee were sent an internal email from News Director Vicki Bradley, informing them that Assistant News Director Lisa Reyes had resigned from the station.

“I want to let you know about a development that happened earlier today in our news management team,” Bradley said in her email. “Lisa Reyes has resigned from her position as Assistant News Director, effective today,” Bradley added.

Word is that Reyes walked out of the station one day, only to return the next and resign.

She had been with the station for just 9 months and was hired after going through Scripps “News Manager Apprentice” program.
