ABC’s KTRK in Houston sent out this tweet and it got NFL star JJ Watt a bit fired up and we don’t blame him.

By the way, you might find this hard to believe, but JJ Watt’s girlfriend actually has a name and it’s Kealia Ohai and she is an accomplished athlete, a professional soccer player that played on the women’s national team and played for the Houston Dash, before being traded to Chicago.

The tweet was not lost on Watt, who responded to the ABC station:

KTRK then tried to apologize, in which they said sorry to Watt for marginalizing Ohai to just some football player’s girlfriend. They posted this reply:

I’m no Dr. Phil, but don’t you think the apology should have been directed at Kealia Ohai, the very person you snubbed in the first and then second tweet?

This is what happens when your social media person is more interested in getting clicks, than telling the story.

Shame on KTRK.
