Company Responds to Lawsuit About Overtime Pay

a couple of weeks ago, FTVLive showed you a copy of the lawsuit filed by WNKY (Bowling Green, KY) MMJ Candace Price against the station and its owner Marquee Broadcasting.

Price is claiming that the station does not properly pay the staff for the overtime they work.

WNKY General Manager Julie Milam sent this email out to the staff yesterday. It was obtained by FTVLive:
